dhiarmaid: an irish proverb

6/29/07: i added the verses for my irish first and middle name, as well, so i hope you enjoy!

6/26/07: when i took creative writing for english this year (2006-2007), i learned about acrostic poems and started writing poems based on peoples names, where the first letter of the first word for each line would spell out a name when you look at it vertically. this was my first atempt at this new style of writing acrostics that i created, and i used my irish last name for the name. thus comes the name of it, dhiarmaid: an irish proverb. i hope you enjoy.

sundala: who i am

this was a poem i wrote when my sister, sydney, died trying to save a shuttle full of travelers from a terroist bomb. she had grabbed the bomb and jumped out of the shuttle in a place where it could blow up and everyone would be safe...but her. i miss her terribly, so i made this for her. i`m working on one for her name, then i`ll add it to this to make it my sister`s biopoem in my special acrostic poem. so keep watching...

koininia: the beginning

this is the first in a series of poems i`m writing about a place called koininia. my friend, sky, and i created it, and are writing a story about it. there is a lady there named mikeia, who is a wise old prophetess. so this acrostic was made from her name. maybe i`ll even post bits and pieces of our story for you! which ever way, i hope you enjoy koininia...
