Here’s an idea that might help some of you to get your work noticed, get an idea of what people think about your style in general, and influence you to read through others’ work that you may not have before.

Look at the work of the last person who posted on this thread. Write a short statement describing your overall opinion of their work and the impression you get from it.

For example, if the top post on the thread was made by marysunshine, you would visit her page, bveiw her work, form an opinion, come back to this thread, type "marysunshine" in the subject box, and then a brief impression that this person’s work left on you, like:

marysunshine

musical, articulate, and unique style.

So on and so forth

See how easy that is! This is not a thread for critique on any single work. Just post your first impressions of the persons work and style. I think this will work, because if you want to hear what people think of your style, you will look at the person’s style before you and give your thoughts.

I’ll start.

Not afraid to say the truth about her thoughts and her actions, even if she isn’t exactly proud of any particular moment she picks to depict in her writing. Very admirable.
