Message  I always just wait until I’m having an emotion.....then I just write what comes to my head on a piece of paper....in no order. Then when I am done....I transfer it all to the "master" copy when it’s all said and done.

Just write your emotions as they come....then when you have them all there in front of you....put the puzzle together until you form the big picture.

Message  i’ve been doing a lot of free writing lately, just letting whatever comes into my head make it to the page, no editing, no stopping.. try it, you’ll be amazed what comes out sometimes!

also, grab a phrase from somewhere and try to write around that.

good luck! it’ll come. sometimes the muse takes a vacation without us and we just have to be patient and wait for her to come home!

Message  Keep a dairy...not neccesarily write about your day..but write what ever comes to mind! write down one word. Find something that inspires and really think about why?I find the best time to write is at nite when it is peaceful....take 10 mins and reflect on something that really moved u on that day...rather it be the color of a flower or even if it be something that really pissed ya off. I actually write better when im in a crappy mood.....for some reason i have a harder time expressing happiness.(not sure if its that way for others, i always wonder why i cant write when im happy????)I find writing anything is better then not writing at all.....and alot of the time i write stuff down and dont go back and read it for months ...i wait to reread it dunno why..but its actually proven to be pretty useful for me. GOOD LUCK!im sure u will see your way thru ..dont shut yourself off!

Message  Lock yourself in a room and listen to some instrumental music (NO lyrics, this is important) of any style/genre (whatever you’re into) while eating something light (yogurt, fruit, baked fish, cottage cheese, whatever you like, etc.) I guarentee you, you’ll be in the writing mood before you know it (this is also the solution for insomnia, severe loss of bladder control and warding off hanting memories of Ross Perot.)

Message  hahaha - write an informal plot line. I never do outlines in the traditional way - I write incoherent phrases and draw doodles to remind myself of what I want. Perhaps you should do something along those lines - develope a personal system of reminders once you get an idea.
LMAO - Aruemos, funny :)
