1) You get in the class and read an assigned book the whole time. Yes, very boring.
2) The teacher assigns you a word with it’s definition. Then you and a partner talk about whatever you want (really, anything) and record your conversation into a tape recorder. You have to use the word 5 times in your conversation.
These are two seperate classes. Please help!!! |

course design: analysis of theme, setting, plot, characters, chronology, figures of speech, format, and authors notes.
extra credit activities include formulate characters handling every day life situations, topic discussion on the following: how the book has influenced in its history and if the book has influenced you, illustrate pictures for the book, what impact the book has on present day society.
class 2: word buzz 101
course design: involving words into conversation. tape recorded conversation in which student will study how the chosen word is put together with other words there relativity.
extra credit: word etymology and introduction of new made up words with definitions.
