 Topic  In a tub Poem
Message  There you sit, shaking, in a little tub of water.
Your hair is flat now,
wet from the tub.
You stare at me with pleading eyes and try to bribe me
into letting you out.
But you must stay.
You know that the cold will pass soon,
and then you’ll be in my arms.
And then we’ll be running outside together.
Playing, having fun.
So just stay where you are for now,
because my love for you is greater then you can imagine.
And I’m doing this for you.
Even dogs have to wash sometimes.
