Message  Does anyone think that they still is some good in people which have killed for no other purpose that pleasure? Or that anyone seemingly souless and careless could ever love again?

Also:

Who here thinks that people of different sexual orientations (Gays, Lesbians), can enter the realm of heaven (if you believe in such)? I believe that there should be no judgement upon sexual orientation, because love, is love and good is good.

Please tell me what you think...

Message  Alright, keep in mind that most humans have what we call common sense, fear, and a conscience that keeps us from killing others. Sometimes these will slip or a circumstance will allow the person to kill another but when someone gets into mass killing as a serial killer that’s when you know there’s a mental problem with the person. I have yet to hear of a serial killer that didn’t have a mental illness of some sort.

Also, nobody should really care about another’s sexual orientation. What if the person was born and raised in that kind of environment? There is "good" and "bad." Not necissarily actions but "good" and "bad" intentions. If you willingly harm another then it’s to be labeled as "bad" in most cases. Help another to the best of your abilities and it is to be labeled "good."

There are always circumstances that can let you break the rules, I believe, and we always have free will. Why let such trivial things rule your life? The bible was written a long time ago and we’re in modern times. Things change and beliefs advance. The bible isn’t a book of set laws. It’s a history book meant for us to look back on and learn from the past.

Message  I believe that certain minimal criteria must be met to be considered "human", none of which have anything to do with sexual orientation. However I believe our culture is far too lenient on those who kill for any unjustfied cause, and especially when murder is committed for pure "animalistic" pleasure. Individuals who have been proven guilty of murder in cold blood, should be executed very soon after sentencing in as humane a way as possible. I know some will say killing is killing, and what about mistakes in the criminal justice system? Sorry, but I would consider it to be a worthy sacrifice if a few die to save thousands of others. But how would that save thousands,Matt? Murder is very hard to get away with nowadays, If you knew you would likely be caught and quickly dispatched for a murder--would you not think twice about commiting that murder? You kill a human being in cold blood, You are no longer human and deserve no human rights.Period

Message  well, I’m an atheist, so I don’t beleive anyone is going anywhere. And I think that every last person, from charles manson to the pope, is capable of good and bad. So, even an axe murderer can reform. It’s just that if they’re really crazy then they might kill again, and killing is about the worst thing you could do to someone, other than torturing them first.
