| Message | ok so this whole role playing thing...do you read a story and then just pick up where a person left off or do you have to pick a character and only write their role? it seems really cool and i really want to do it but i dont want to just go in and do what i want and mess up someones flow or story or whatever....can anyone help? |

| Message | do it however it works for you. we have an annual round robin on another site i belong to, and i usually get the ending. so, i try to write playing against what i feel is the best way to go. you can’t make absolute rules in writing or any kind of artistic pursuit. ’never do such and such’ or ’always do such and such’ never work because this is an art, not physics. take the best path that works for you and the story. :-) |

| Message | hey kayla:) You can make your own characther if it doesnt disrput the flow...or you can play off some characters that are already into play, just follow the story line and have fune:)
