It’s not like my ratio is bad. In fact, I’ve received 3 comments total (that’s on 2 poems), but I’ve commented and critiqued 14 other pieces.
so my question is, how do you get people to read your work and comment? This site just seems a bit slow... how many members are actually here? |

| User | mae | 2005-10-19 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | Go to some of the more established writers on the site (check the sign-up date). Those writers will usually reciprocate if you comment on their pieces.
You might also look at your work. I haven’t read anything you’ve written, but it could be that what you’ve written does not inspire comments. I find that often. The writing is very simple or confused or the pieces are just poorly written. As I said, I haven’t read yours at all, so I’m not saying that describes your writing, but it’s something too look at. mae |
