That is a problem that there doesn’t seem to be an answer for. If you go to the New Posts page and scroll down to the bottom, you’ll see a little arrow. Click on that and it takes you to submissions that were posted earlier. Keep clicking and sooner or later, you’ll probably find yours. If you tried to find it on the New Posts page right after you posted it and it didn’t appear, then I’d suggested going to either the Server Problems or Site Feedback - or both - forums and posting the problem.
