... well, this would be my first christmas with this special someone of mine.. and i want it to be really special....
I think i would give her a Book she really likes... you know the "Chicken Soup" yeah.. always looked at it everytime we pass by a bookstore and now i think that would just be the perfect gift.... anyway i could still change my mind.... :) |

One year my husband suprised me with an old wine bottle filled with rainwater. I’d always thought a bottle of rain was rather romantic, and he took the time to make sure I got one. Is it possible for you to get something that would remind her of your first date? That would be really sweet.

so you chose to give him something that he’ve missed for decades.. yeah cool!!! i was already trying with the scrapbook idea but i think i still need more to collect.. (artifacts) so that it would be fully-filled with all those special stuff and not just blank,,, i guess i’d do that next year!!! still have to think of other possible gifts or special things to do...:) |

They’d lost touch for decades. I’ve made him a lifetime scrapbook - or a ’lifebook’, if you will. It was about 100 pages full of photos and things I’d collected about his family, his childhood, his life before me and our life together.
Thinking about this now, I think I’ve still got time to put together a book of love poems for him. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Thanks! mae |
