Message  Well, there are those kinds of advantages in everything, misty. I thought abb was asking about advantages on this site such as being allowed more submissions at a time, contests, more awards, etc. Stuff like that. For those sorts of things, there are no particular advantages for longevity on the site. mae

Message  well actually older members have the advantagew of knowing how things work and therefore can instruct the young ones in the ways of the site, or just torment them though, i don;t comend doing that, because we are Artists and should treat each other with a level of respect unknown to the general public.

Message  There is no place to use the shiny objects - for anybody. They do not exist except in our webmaster’s tired little brain. And there are no advantages for anyone. It actually doesn’t depend on anything, because there aren’t any. The only exception to that is when you are brand new. You are limited in the number of submissions you can make without commenting and if you don’t have a sufficient number of comments, your own comments are also restricted. But after you pass that hurdle, you’re on the same plane as everyone else. mae
