The trend for the blood is that they usually use real blood but its created through shallow cuts using blades that are handed out by the referees... who by the way... are the ones who tell the pro wrestlers what to do. The championships are decided by storyline writers who give the titles to who they think is the most charismatic. The chair thingy - real chairs, real force, arranged hits. As for the throws... every throw has a certain choreography to prevent injuries. And right now the company is called the WWE due to a conflict with another organization that has the same name. |

But I will say it still takes a lot of skill to get it all smoothly choreographed without any injuries. But that’s all it is... choreography.
