Are most of the poets 30 and under - mainly teens and twenties? Or are there any 40-somethings and 50-somethings? It would help me as far as what I can expect re: members being able to relate to my work. I’m hoping at least some of what I’ve written, anyone can relate to. That would be so rewarding to me.

There are probably more people under 30 than over 30 here. Like Finnigan said (not exactly).
Eliteskills doesn’t keep great track of that stuff so if you write mostly age-related stuff... I don’t know what to say. I can think of one writing site that can help you receive and give feedback to a specific audience, including by age, but I won’t list it here because today is the first time I’ve been to these forums in my two years here and I’m not sure if that’s against forum etiquette or something.
I use that site sometimes though if I need a targeted audience. If you want the name, pm me I suppose. |

Age should not really matter unless it’s directed to a certain group. For the most of us, I would probably say that we’re around the teens and twenties. I don’t want to be speaking for all of ES, but I think it’s around there.
