 Message  i’ve always listened to bands like the ramones... and it really bothered me that Green Day was labeled as ’punk rock’ cause it’s not... and then the pop-punk thing... punk is the opposite of pop... they should just come up with a whole nother genre name, because they’re defiling the term ’punk’... (i checked out that McFly thing.. i can’t beieve that is classified as even pop-punk.. the only characteristic of pop-punk it has is the whiney voice..)

 Message  LOL I found that definition very funny the first time I heard it, but it’s true. Compare Blink 182, Busted or McFly (Actually, will American people please check out http://www.mcflyofficial.com to see just how bad "pop-punk" has sunk) to the Ramones or the Sex Pistols, and you can see it’s a viable label!
