 Topic  Food!!!
Message  I love to cook. More than that, I love to eat. lol. I love Creole food, i.e. Crawfish or Shrimp Ettufee, Fried Catfish, Steamed Rice, Hushpuppies or Cornbread and Strawberry soda. I guess that’s because I’m from Louisiana. I want to open a resteraunt one day. What’s your favorite past time food? What would make you drop a diet like a hot potato in a heartbeat?

Message  I like japanesse...though I hate miso soup. Eel (freshwater) tastes great. There Is a little know camp ground food that is cooked over a fire in a cast iron dutch oven, Mountain Log or Cheese Log take your pick. It is a variation for Mountain Man with a lot of cheese. So much in fact that it becomes a log easily divide among friend. This breakfast meal, is so good and so heavy that I am to believe that it sticks to your very soul.

Message  I love japanese food and I am starting to like Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food a little more...

I like these better than the typical "American" foods like hot dogs and fries and whatever else.

I do appreciate ethnic food though. My sister went to New Orleans without me and I was so jealous when she started talking about the food... I’d love to try the authentic stuff some day.
