 Topic  Description!
Message  I notice a lot of people leave a comment at a poem asking what it’s about, when the author left an explanation above the post! Just wanted to shout out to everyone, new members especially, read the descriptions!!! Thanks, Luv this site. Great members.

Message  then there are those who do read , leave comments, but some how the comments don’t appear or don’t count. I have read five poems, left comments on all 5, checked to be sure all 5 were accepted they were, but was credit for only 3! maybe if this didn’t happen, more would be willing to read. I mean fair is fair.

Message  I often want to say ’HELLO" did you read the description then the poem. I ften find I’m not sure the person read it all the way through or critically. Of course Jimmy’s right you can’t force people to read.

Message  There’s no good solution to solve this... people don’t want to read. They have the time to ask for help but give little time to help back or even help themselves. They just want reaction.

Message  I couldnt agree with you more Sandburg. Nothing irk’s me quite like reading a poem to see how everyone who’s commented thus far totally misinterpreted the work because they didnt get the forethought left by the author. Not only this, sometimes authors are wanting specific scrutiny, or needing direction in a certain area. Elite skills was devised on the hopes that people would educate one another, and evolve one’s writing ability. It cannot be done with skim browsing/ratio upping. Thanks for hearing me out everyone!
