 Message  Did anyone here ever read anything by Hanif Kureishi?I dicovered him just a little ago, and no one I know but one or tow people seems to have ever heard of him...
if anyone knows him...what do you think of his writing?
I find it seimply beautiful, full of meaning and very sensual...what do you think about it?

 Message  he’s quite popular in England...he wrote a book called "The budda of Suburbia"...you really never heard of him?
HE wrote the script for "My beautiful LAundrette"...

 Message  Hanif Kureishi is an anglo-pakistan writer...his books are about life in general, about England(you should read the way in which he describes London...it’s so precise and stunning) about life in England and the porblems of identity and Postcolonialism...you should really check him out...I advise reading "The BAlck Album" to start with!
