It starts out happy. Sarah’s cancer is in remission, they’ve just moved into the new house with the baby, there’s perfume in the air....then mysterious things start to happen. Towards the end, tipped off by clues from the retarded gardener, and an intercepted phone call, the parents put two and two together and realize that the male nanny is an impostor and is headed toward Mexico and they must stop him before he escapes with the money or the baby or the vase. It all leads up to a car chase, a gun chase, a knife chase or just a plain old madman chase, and ends with everybody bruised and bloody but triumphant. Then they play a hauntingly generic song while the generic credits roll.
