Sorry. I suffer from insomnia too and it sucks. Try reading. If your mind’s racing or you’re anxious, try journaling so you can get it out of your system. That might help too. Make the hour before you go to bed a quiet one rather than bustling around; get yourself into a mode to go to bed. |

Try maybe a quick jog or some sort of workout about 45 min before you try to go to bed, that ususally works for me. Or maybe eating something small, like a piece of fruit or toast, that can help. I don’t know how old you are, but if you’re over 21, try a small snifter of some type of alcohol or a glass of wine. Just a thought.

But I have to tell you, I have that problem a lot, and I haven’t found out a way to fix it yet. But the boring thing helps my sister, so it might work for you. |
