| User | Starless Knight | | Topic | The RPGs | | Message | The RPG section is really going downhill. There’s been discussions about it over there, but I wanted to bring the problem here and see if anything can be done about it.
The first problem seems to be that two types of RPers are not happy with each other. There’s some who only post small, short-handed posts and like to keep things non-formal. Then there’s people like me who appriciate long, detailed posts using proper grammar, punctuation, ect. It makes things a pain when there’s a topic that looks like fun, and I don’t join because I don’t like the format.
Problem #2 - the site is getting full of dead rpgs. I think, for one, that it is just too easy to create an rpg in the first place. Even that being said, though, there needs to be some kind of inactivity time-limit for the rpgs.
It’s been suggested that we make a sort of hierarchied system - where the more diligent and thourough rpers would rank higher and you could set a sort of level on new rpgs when you make them.

There’s too much freedom in what we can do. I want rules and restrictions. I mean, they’ve even included sex in the RP’s. That’s quite nasty in my opinion. |

I’m on multiple times a day, so I might be able to handle it if it were nessessary, but there’s a lot of . . . well, trash on ES that needs to be cleaned up. I really do think something should be done about that ES User kid, too. He’s causing quite a few problems.

I don’t like the RP’s where they don’t even use proper English, especially the one they call ES User. He keep on hacking into our accounts! I don’t like the dead RP’s roaming around floating in perg. Hierarchied system is kinda not good though, I think it’s a bummer if you can’t RP with others that don’t get on the site very often. We need actual Mods everywhere. |
