But it does piss me off that teens are heldback by state laws that have no point and use their time and their teacher’s time to teach, and therefore the student’s time to understand. Some people can do an advanced schedule and some can’t, and they hold us that can back because of those who can’t. And I think it’s all because of No Child Left Behind Act, which is stupid and impossible.

"Choose according to where you want to go in life" is crap. "Choose where we have it set up so its easy for us to take you" is more like it.
