Message	I love both, but also be warned on both: If you have a tendency for arthritis, stay away from the dark teas and lean on the green. The brown color is given by tannic acid which attacks the joints in that manner. Adding milk like the British do will help neutralize the acid and with a little sugar tastes great! It has caffeine, but not nearly as much as coffee. Regular coffee has much too much caffeine for the steady supply (all day) of hot beverages I personally require. You can seriously OD on caffeine, which is a strong drug. To quote the article on caffeine in Wikipedia.org, "In extreme cases mania, depression, lapses in judgment, disorientation, loss of social inhibition, delusions, hallucinations and psychosis may occur." If you drink a lot of caffeine, I suggest that you read the whole article as a warning. It might save you a trip to the shrink.
