Message  okay, so i know very few people care about what goes on in pennsylvania, but right now the northeast corner is under water... people are dead... i’m trapped in this shitty small town because all the roads are out... mobile homes are being seen floating down the rivers... my question to you is.... is pennsylvania being punished for being so sinful...? have the amish been so wrong? the quakers? menonites? or maybe it has to do with the mormons trying to build that temple by joseph smiths baptismal place... is god against poor people? first new orleans and now it’s the drunken welfare recipiants of n.e.p.a.

seriously though... there isnt even that much news coverage on this... it’s like 5 counties of floods..

Message  Yes, but it’s sad to see that we don’t know all that is going around in our world

Message  Well... yeah. All over the world gruesome things are happening and it isn’t getting covered by the news. Even though it isn’t getting covered doesn’t mean that people don’t care. But...... I thing that all the news should get covered because everybody needs to be aware of what is going on all over the world. ... even though that isn’t gonna happen. The news can’t cover everything.

Message  Well, considering the fact that hundereds of people die everyday out side the US, the media has to cover those too. It’s not like America is the only country which have people whose lives matter. International news channels did mention it, but really, they have a lot to cover so I don’t think anyone should be expecting full coverage.

Message  i never claimed it was the worst flood in the history of man.. it just sucks... there’s some good pictures on www.wnep.com if anyone’s bored... i’m just gonna wait til the water goes down a little more and see what i can salvage from the liquor store... (they’re just gonna throw it away, right?) and then maybe try and find somewhere to get water... our buffalo is empty...

Message  I’ve been watching the news (I live in the Del Valley) and it’s bad, but it could be worse. At least you’re safe - over 1000 people died in N.O. And as for this being punishment, Jesus said it rains on the just and unjust alike.

Stay safe.

Message  God doesn’t punish people that like- he stopped after the flood- he even made a covenant that he wouldn’t do those kinds of things anymore.

I think a lot of the problems we are having is due to global warming- and that can only be laid at humankind’s feet.

Either that or the earth naturally cycles to try and shed itself of the human virus. Who really knows?

Hope you’re ok.

Take Care.

Message  Yuhuh, they so are getting coverage.
Dood. I saw it on the news yesterday I think.
Be happy it’s not another Katrina.
It’s bad, but not too bad.
Hopefully it’s over soon?
