The cause? My nicotine patch. I was told by an unlicensed "professional" that the 21mg patch would help me quit smoking and ended up with acute chemical toxicity. If you are planning to use the patch to stop smoking, PLEASE talk to your dr. first. I’ve since found that if I hadn’t gone to the dr. when I did, I could have died. I know this isn’t really a debate topic, but I wanted to let everyone know the very serious risks involved here.
