I have a strange habbit of always writing in pencil.. and when i want to scrap things I dont even use an eraser, so i dont know why i do that.
On the front I wrote "book of secrets" on the cover, and on the back cover are some lyrics I like. The poems I wrote In Dutch include a big cross, because I am never satisfied about them. there are fewer poems in english which have a big crioss. I never cross poems out for real, because I always want to know what I have crossed out.. Oh yeah and the front and back cover are yellow, and i freakin hate that colour.. :P |

| User | Ligeia83 | 2006-08-09 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | my notebook has a yellow cover with a kid on it...I didn’t like the cover particualrly, but I bought it because it’s got three different kinds of shttes in it...so that one I use for poetry, another for horror stories and the third one for other short stories. It’s also got a string around that closes it...and it’s a spiral notebook...and you can move the pages around...which is great, also becaus you can tear out the pages you don’t like anymore! |
| User | usglen | 2006-08-08 | | | Subject | Notebooks | | Message | I don’t use a notebook. Instead of my using a notebook, I use a yellow paad of paper and a file folder. This keeps my writing in order and after I’m through with the writing I put it into another pile. After it is in that pile it goes onto my computer. After putting it onto the computer, I edit the work and then throw the paper away. After fifty items or so are written, the writing goes onto a floppy disk or a CD-Rom. The CD’s and Floppies are easier to keep and they are not as bulky as the notebooks. |
| User | FailureXX | 2006-07-19 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | Depends on which one you ask for, ive got about a million. but the one i use mostly Is Green with plenty of grafitti on the front cover and back. Its filled with random loose photographs and pages of poetry that i really like and that inspire me, like emily dickinson, and edgar allen poe. |
| User | eowyn | 2006-07-18 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | i used ot have different notebooks, but then it all jsut got too hecktic. i stopped using the other kind of notebooks any more, ebcause the spine always split on me. |
| User | Aeryck Marco | 2006-07-17 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | I can only have one story per notebook, and Ii kind of depends on what I’m writing in them. For lame stories that I write simply for the purpose of writing (and I’ve written quite a few), I must have a green Mead composition notebook. I will not write in pen. I never write in pen. My Role-Play notebooks are composition, but soft-cover (you know what I mean?), but my serious writing, the stuff I use in my life’s ambition, is in a hard cover black notebook that kind of reminds me of snakeskin. It must have a ribbon, otherwise it is useless, and the lines must be college-ruled.
I generally hate spiral notebooks of all kind. No, not generally. I just do. |
| User | eowyn | 2006-07-16 | | | Subject | which one | | Message | im on my 5th or 6th notebook. some got destroyed on the way. i just use spiral bounds now because i fond the easier to turn when i am on a writting binge. my first was an mitation suede green a5, which looked irish on origin. it had notebook printied in gold letters. not ive got one with concentric squares taht make you dizzy if you look at it too long, which is why its always open to the next blank page. i dont really worry about sorting my stuff out. tis all just random. it has story bits and pieces, poems and even make beleive letters. |

| User | tdp86 | 2006-07-09 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | I only have one notepad that I rarely use. It’s this generic purple 10.5x8.5 90 page book with half of the pages ripped out. I use it for whatever I’m working on at the time, then I transfer it to my PC and destroy the evidence.
On another note: My first post! |

| User | Sasha Lynn | 2006-01-25 | | | Subject | untitled | | Message | Which one? i usually just grab the closest notebook when i have an idea and that becomes my storage place for as long as i can keep track of it. my first and only fully completed one is stored safely in my closet and has a lot of bright stickers on it depicting unicorns and puppies (anyone familiar with the Lisa Frank style?) granted, it was started when i was in 1st grade but i’m still ashamed of the girly-ness of it all. at the moment, its a purple spiral with some English homework in it between poems.

I have wrote up them things like crazy. I have tablets around here, but I tore out the poetry pages and put them in this pretty big purple folder.
