[size=3] Since mankind, touching innocent children, teens, and sometimes even adults has been a pandemic problem for the people of the world; although, it would be only necessary to describe two clashing points about this sort of conduct: the first one deals with the pedophiles themselves who describe this conduct as a form of justified sexual pleasure. The second idea consists of those who find the conduct to be an innuendo, one that cannot be expressed solely by the word itself but one that has to be expressed with the adjectives of sick, corrupt, and immoral. Though time consuming, I have thought clearly and cautiously through the good and bad and I have developed a solution that is good for both viewpoints. It is to your benefit to notice that I will not be explaining in any way, shape, or form a solution that will benefit more greatly one argument over the other; in the simplest terms, I will be offering to all of you that should know or care, a solution that will solve this problem forever. Finally, in the proposition to come, you will see an ingenious solution to the problem that will not only safeguard the innocent but will also keep intact the ‘pedophilic’ conduct. Throughout the world we see them all the time; we form an evasive judgment about these people before we have even spoken with their true identity. What we are talking about here is our friendly and out-going pedophiles. Our world would not be the same without pedophiles. Whether their contribution is petty in terms of their betterment for society, they still have a direct impact on children all over the world. Let’s begin to take a closer look into the psyche of a common pedophile. Tom is a man with 42 years under his belt; although he is quite heavy, he has never had problems finding a child to molest. Besides his physique, Tom has a jagged and poorly shaven beard which covers most of his face. Now I will shift to what I sought out to tell you from the beginning: Almost all pedophiles, even Tom, have been birthed with a sense of loneliness, sadness, insecurity, and disturbance usually resulting from severe traumatizing childhood experiences, which gives evidence to the reasons why they act the way they do. In addition, most pedophiles have an array of differences colliding with that of the common adult. One of the biggest differences is that they hate being around their own kind, that is, most pedophiles are insecure around males and females of their own or older age; instead, they associate themselves with younger populaces. Again, to nark on pedophiles, we see that they have a different mindset about love, that is, by touching one’s genitalia they will receive unconditional love from that person or persons. Lastly, I would just like to hit on one minor misconception: Pedophiles are not out to hurt anyone, they are not out to cause intentional discomfort or distress to any of their victims. Do you honestly think pedophiles as a whole want the byproduct of their conduct to be the disturbance of their victim’s emotional and mental status? No, pedophiles want love just as do heterosexuals, homosexuals, and bisexuals. Tom did not touch little Sally because he knew later on, down the road, she would develop a mental disorder; Tom had a underlying love for Sally, but the feeling was not mutual; thus, he had to move on, to a fresh, 11 year old girl named Claire. Before we move on, you the reader should know that pedophilia is extremely, if near impossible, to cure; furthermore, it would be incorrect for you to shudder all pedophilic conduct since it is hard for one to recover from such a disease. To my understanding, most people have a deep, fiery-hot contempt for most pedophiles, saying their conduct interferes with many of their moral and ethical concepts; although, it was only necessary for me to present you with an understanding of how most pedophiles function; thus, when the solution has been proposed and you have set aside all your beliefs and opinions, you will more fully understand how well my solution would work given what you know. Before I move onto my resolution, it would only be kind of me to take a short moment and glance at those directly affected by pedophilic conduct, that is, in most cases, children in their prepubescent stage. We understand by now that Tom only touches those of younger age out of a sense of attraction, love, and fulfillment. In addition, Innocence is a aspect we have to take into consideration when looking at those who are affected by pedophiles: when doing so, we see that most, if not all of those affected by pedophilic conduct are in no way deserving of something they would otherwise not approve of, but it is something they must bear since there is no way for pedophiles to extract their conduct on victims legally. You can observe that i have been vague describing those affected by pedophiles; although it is possible, it is hard to describe as a group those who are affected by pedophiles since not all of them react or display the same symptoms as others who have also been affected. In short, all people and I alike need to give some sort of credit for the endurance of those who have undergone a pedophilic experience; following this sentence and the procession of my plan, I would just like to take a moment of silence to think about all of those who have been affected by such a thing. Following teary eyes and sobbing motions, I would only be a fool to stop my plan here; thus, no matter the emotional state, we must carry on to the introduction of my solution. I have already stated through numerous indications and hints that my plan will solve the problem whilst still safeguarding both sides; furthermore, we will now take a look at what my actual plan consists of. It is true that Tom touches kids who either want to be touched or don’t want to be touched, it is the latter of the two that occurs most often; in either case, it is very dangerous for a pedophile to assume a child will: A) Want to be touched, B) Not want to be touched, or C) Also want to touch the pedophile. What I have tediously devised and thought consciously about is a plan offering concurring children to pedophiles with many carefully ensued upon restrictions. That is, to say the least, a restriction that requires the consent of the child: after the child has consented and signed a contract stating that he will not dismiss what he has agreed upon for at least 1 year, he is entered into a program where all the solicited children will be kept until a pedophile calls on one, or many of them for engagement in mutual pleasure. After a year, the child is given a chance to leave the program or increase his membership status: a full-time member is able to be touched at any given interval in the day; thus, those pedophiles who only like to condone their conduct at late or early hours of the day, now have the option to do so. Next there is the part-time children who are only available during specified times during the day, which the other time is spent for friends, education, and appointments. Those who benefit from the membership program are both the pedophiles and the members themselves; the members and pedophiles both have a sense of flexibility working around their schedule; also, the biggest point being is that pedophiles will never have to turn to the innocent to touch since there will also be available agreeing children condoning the pedophilic conduct. The Children Solicitation Program for Pedophiles (CSPP,) which I have given the name of the program, is a profitable organization receiving much of its donations from the children, individual pedophiles, and supporting organizations such as the NAMBLA, which stands for the North American Man/boy Love Association; then, there is also groups such as the Pedophilia information exchange located in the UK and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Humane Sexualität, which resides in Germany and seemed proper to throw in here, there is then the Danish Pedophile Group, which I will only accentuate the name of such a program. It is only to make a point that the CSPP has many supporters and thus, would seem logical and concise as a proper plan for controlling the world of pedophilic conduct in a favorable, sensible, and agreeable fashion amongst all people. The Children Solicitation Program for Pedophiles has many striking benefits for a pedophile, not including the flexible scheduling that I have already hit upon. One of the biggest and most favorable aspects of the CSPP is that there would be a variety of children available for them; a selection of plump or skinny; tall or short; kind or demanding; nose-picking or finger-biting; blonde or brunette; pale or tan. The basic idea here is that pedophiles have a big selection which only helps control the innocent population as their characteristics would also dwell within the children of the CSPP; then, there is no need for a pedophile to turn to an individual child when he can commit his conduct legally through the CSPP. As I am looking for a proper and viable transition into the next portion of my plan, I would just like to state that you should set aside your beliefs and opinion to allow a greater sense of open-mindedness for the idea of my proposal. As we move on we will be talking about the Pedophiles who are in conjunction with the CSPP; we will be hitting on the improper conduct and consequences that follow an act of impropriety. Although it is not in the mindset of a pedophile to kill his or her victim, he or she has the potential to do so; if a pedophile murders a child that is part of the CSPP he will face the penalty and consequences of murder pertinent to the state he or she resides in; in addition to facing possible jail time, community service, or even jail time; a 2nd offender will face a ban from the CSPP and will be castrated, which is one of the worst and severe consequences you can give to a pedophile since their actions relate most directly to a sense of sexual pleasure and fulfillment. Although the CSPP wants to offer a safe way for pedophiles to conduct their actions, they must do it with restrictions and the pedophiles must abide by them if they want to continue their actions; through this we see that the innocent are safeguarded while still lowering the rate of sadistic, devilish, and heartless pedophiles in the world and raising the rate of understanding, caring, and compassionate pedophiles. Reaching the end of my solution description, we will be entering the outcries and greatly flawed viewpoints of our bold, opposing critics; we will then be followed with a wrap up of my ideas written on these pieces of paper, which is generally known as ‘The End’ in all those children-appropriate Disney movies. My solution is subject to great criticism mainly from the many religious groups and parents. It is only necessary for me to look at all viewpoints and discuss each one individually; thus, in the process, I will be answering direct questions that each group may not receive if I were to create one big idea or concept construed from a boggled togetherness of each group. Religious groups’ major concern is that of immorality; although, let’s looks at our world today, is it more immoral or more moral than it was 400 years ago? That’s an easy question to answer. Is it the fault of the laziness of the religious groups’ or is it the inevitable progression of badness and moral decay due to technological advancement? That is neither here nor there in this discussion, but I will say to the religious groups and often parents that bring about the issue with morality: this is an approach to solve pedophilic conduct against the innocent; that is, without any secular reasons. If any of you have a better plan that would not hinder one group or the other, while at the same time including your concepts of morality and religious doctrine, then I will retract everything I proposed and recognize your idea as a better solution to this problem. The next place I can see criticism from is the parents of the children who are in conjunction with the CSPP; although, because time is short, I would like to only say that this comes down to an issue of nationalism. In some sense, are you doing this for the betterment of your child or for the betterment of your nation. Parents of those who have children in the CSPP, your country will benefit greatly from this and you will, In time, see a diminishing number of children being affected by pedophiles; because of you and your child’s great actions, you will now be changing a problem that was reaching an exponential level in our society. I hope that after hearing my arguments and rational ideas, you will be at a more understanding capacity on how my solution is one of the few great and hard to uncover solutions for a problem such as this. As we reach the end, I would like to thank everyone who took the time read this and I would like to thank more so those who took the time to think coherently about a solution such as mine that promotes, in a proper manner, a safeguard between both the innocent and the ‘guilty.’ We can see that through the CSPP and the growing number of consenting children we can combat the innocent children that would otherwise be affected by pedophilic conduct. To end my rant, take these ideas and form them into a motive to get such a promotion onto the legislative process; press firmly and consistently to get this passed, and in turn, sit and watch our nation strive as a better, prosperous, and more loving nation.[/size] |
