It is not the critic who counts
not the man who points out
how the strong man stumbles
or where the doer of deeds
could have done them better
He is one person who does a lot
just by being behind the scenes
and the credit belongs to the man
who is actually in the arena
who strives valiantly and bravely
who errs-
but comes up short again and again
He is the one who takes all risks
and does actually strive to the deeds
He is one person who knows
the great devotions; and spends himself in a worthy cause
The best thing is he knows that in the end
the triumph is of high achievement
and if in case at the worst-fails
at least fails while daring greatly,
blaming him for all of our ills.
He knows there are lots who plot against him
and yet he struggles to keep
his face unmoved
As he knows there is nothing to lose
and cant ever be ruined by rumors.
His job is another stepl on a ladder
A reckless gamble he hopes, he can cling to
until he he can grasp the next step and the next
each stumbling step taking total concentration
I now sitting alone near the sea
think and wish
him all the good wishes,
hoping for the best
on this special day
and assuring him
that he can rely on us always
in the good or bad.
