one thing that does help a little though is good enjambment. meaning break the lines in the proper places. heres a song we are all familiar with as an example:
please allow me
to introduce myself
I’m a man
of wealth
and taste
blah blah blah
you guys all know sympathy for the devil
anyway thats enjambment.
it helps some with lyrics.
peace,

Dont spend your time trying to satisfy them, writing is about making yourself happy, and expressing how you feel. Many people probably feel the same way, and they can relate to your songs. The people who dont even try to, dont deserve to hear what you had to say. Just worry about the people that appreciate your work, and apreciate them!!! Good Luck! |
