30 mgs of mirtazapine still, but 20 mgs of diazepam thrown in for good measure - 16 mg of buprenorphine ends the proper chemical hammering. plus lots of boring crap for various other ailments.

Still abstaining from my great love of Amphetamines, as well as hallucinogenics and the various forms of MDMA.

It's been tough, but no-one said it would be a theme park. The hardest has been the speed; as I'd kinda got into the mindset that I couldn't create without veins full of phet. I know this not to be true. ish.

If anyone needs any listening recommendations, then there's Harvest by Neil Young (album) Miss Halfway by Anya Marina (single - and one of the best songs I've heard for 3 or 4 years ) and Same Jeans by The View.

More reading, viewing and listening can be recommended upon request.
