Mood: Wayward.Poets.Open.MicHello, some of you know I have been going to open mic nights here lately. What some of you don't know is that one of them is streamed on the internet and the recording of that is available for a few weeks. In fact, I'm about to give you the link to it and the link to the stream. This is from last night at Sauced in the Paseo district and it happens every Wednesday.
The stream should begin sometime at or near 20:00 CST (8 P.M. CST) for those of you wanting to tune in and view our poetry. The poetry on display in this stream is, as with every week, from a multitude of styles and genres. The audio quality is quite audible however you may need to turn it up regardless.
In this stream you can see me reading 2 things I wrote this week - and I even make a few mistakes (should've practiced). I read both City Snakes & Country Birds : Street Sign Serenade Mix and Swine : Saviour Mix. Also in this stream are some first time readers which is always nice to see!
One last thing about the stream - there is profanity present so if you are in the presence of the easily offended (or count yourself as such) wear headphones!

it's called a donegal, it's a traditional Irish beard to my knowledge. I took the traditional style and tried to blend in a bit of Lincoln to it, since his is always so bitchin'. Anyway....Created 2010-03-21 20:00:26
