Journal: saw this... -------------------------------------------Mood: Sigh... saw this somewhere. think they're right. right now. this very moment, i feel more alone than i have in my entire life. i know, it seems like a self pity statement, right? but i dont want your pity. I just want to tell you, each and every one of you who might ever come across this, that there's nothing more important than your friends, or acquaintances or whatever you want to call them. These people who are there for you to talk to when you're bored, or excited, or upset. It is these people that will be there for you through the boyfriends or girlfriends and the fiances and the ruined weddings, so the worst thing you could possibly ever do is put these boyfriends or girlfriends or fiances in front of them, or just your own personal shit and background. Because if you do, you will find yourself exactly like me tonight. Alone and without a single person to talk to or anyone you can possibly turn to, and maybe those people didn't really know you to start with, or maybe they aren't the greatest friends in the world, but maybe just maybe, they are your oldest and dearest friend who you've estranged, or a new friend you never let get close enough, or just someone who noticed a couple words on a screen and cared enough to reply. but the thing is the worst feeling in the world is not losing a loved one, and it's not realizing you just did something stupid, but it's just being...alone. not alone as in there's no one around, alone as in there is no one out there for you, and you know it, that right that minute, there's not a single person out there that cares about you or is thinking about you or is there for you to talk to. and that moment passes, and there's the person you start making conversation with, and the moment passes. but the very fact that there could possibly be such a moment in your life, dont ever let yourself experience that. there is nothing more important than friends, and you should always make sure they know just how important they are to you. ...Created 2004-08-28 16:32:43
