Quelden [weird name, but there's a point to it] is a college student. Works as a bartender. Moved in with Danny and pays part of the rent, because the college is pretty damn close.
David went to Dannys room and saw Phil. "You need to die." he mumbled at the fish. He could have sworn the fish mouthed 'fuck you' to him but glared at it and got a cook book danny wanted him to get while Danny was downstairs.
Quelden finished his packing as slowly as possible, determined to avoid conversation with anyone else in the house until he felt certain that it was necessary.
Celeste glanced at Selene and Claire, whom where obviously busy with their homework. "Girls I have an idea that doesn't involve wasteing out Saturday with homework." She said before turning back to look out the window. "What's that?" Selene asked timidly, knowing that Celeste's ideas were usually strange. "Well...We could go see the neighbors. They have a new roomate." She said and heard a book snap close. Claire jumped up and threw her closed book to the side. "No homework? Yipee! I am in!" She said grinning sheepishly but frowned seeing the look on Selene's face. "I don't think so Celeste Claire is already failing..." Claire sighed a soft sigh but then cheered right up when seeing Celeste shrug and point. "Come on with or without you Selene, we are going." She said opening the door and pulling her hood over her head. "Fine come on Claire." Selene said before shaking her head seeing her younger sister was already out the door and halfway across the lawn. "Pull your hood up before you get sick!" Selene ordered and Claire did as instructed.
"You sure? Danny is a great cook." he said making sure. "Well if you change your mind just come downstairs and we will make you a plate okay?" he told him grinning as he let him be. He went downstairs and sat on the couch turning on the tv.
Quelden stepped into the room and let his suitcase down on the bare mattress. Looking back to David, he smiled and decided to shrug his accent off. He felt extremely unconcerned about where this guy was from, and where he planned on going. Of course he'd find out eventually, but why ask questions with answers you don't care to know?
"Last door upstairs on the left." he told him grinning. "Hey me and Danny are about to make dinner want some?" he asked turning to him. Danny just nodded in agreemen and took his reading glasses off. "I got to go to the grocery store anyways." Danny said writing some things on a piece of paper. He handed him a pen and the paper telling him to write the things he want. He grabbed the list afterwards and left.
"Not exactly.." Quelden let his voice trail off as he explained without words, simply lifting his suitcase into a position where David could see it. "This is it." He said, shrugging as he brushed past him into the house.
He smiled back and shook his hand. "Nice to meet you." he said "Do you need anyhelp bringing stuff in?" he asked. His brother came down and David explained it was the roomate.
Quelden lifted an eyebrow and examined David. He wasn't ever good at analyzing or reading people, but he could usually get a pretty accurate personality guess. That wasn't the case this time.
David looked at their new house apporovingly the day before and smiled as he helped his little brother. "We also have a roommate coming so don't take up too much space Kay Danny?" he told him as he carried a box inside. Danny just nod following him going inside the house. David went upstairs and picked he room and set his stuff down as he went to the car getting more of the stuff. He smiled to himself as he wonder who the new roommate was. 'It has to be a guy cause they said he...' he thought shrugging. 'Oh well we shall see." he walked indside done with the stuff in his room an started doing the kitchen and living room.
It was a rainy day and that is one thing that was despised in this house hold. Three girls lived under one roof and were in complete harmony. How does that happen? Simple, two are sisters and one is like a mother figure for the other two. Their ages are all separated by one year, but they get along just the same. All attend the same school and have since they were little so they always knew each other.
Quelden had been parked in front of the house, eyeing it curiously as he listened to the sound of his stereo playing 1910 meshed together with the persistent pounding of the rain on his windshield. Well, although this may sound odd, he'd actually been sitting there for what seemed to be half an hour, thinking of what to say. How to act would be more specific. See, Quelden was always one to make a good first impression. And the one he wanted to give off this time was that he was a serious person. A student who is strictly work, and no play. For what reason, you ask? It's simple, Quelden just hasn't the time for friends. Getting a college degree isn't accomplished by making friends and partying. Especially not for a student like him, attending on a full scholarship. His behavior was the only thing guaranteeing him his classes, and that was something he'd like to take seriously.
