This rp takes place in a town mostly in or around a school, though the school is no ordinary school, for it is in fact a school for creatures of all kinds. Any and all may attend no matter what age, shape, or form. The school is designed mainly to teach those who are not of proficient status or higher to learn and control there powers. Also it may be used as a residence for higher level creatures. The school acts mainly as an orphanage for those who are not accepted by others for whatever reason which is the highest case scenario for humans. Yes there is dorms and such though you may choose not to have a dorm if you so wish.
