The gender choosers are a species of creatures that are born without a defined sex. Later on, they must choose if they want to be male or female. This particular gender chooser is having a tough time choosing since both worlds seem to have their ups and downs. The gender chooser currently has two bodies. One is its female body, which it named Saraphina, and the other is a male body, named Karnage. This gender chooser has a plan. The plan is that it will go around as Karnage some times, and others as Saraphina, in search for true love. If it falls in love with a girl, it will choose to be Karnage, and if it falls in love with a boy, it'll choose to be Saraphina. So, what will it be?
You can be any kind of character, of any kind of species you want.
Please keep in mind that Karnage/Saraphina will fall in love with one of these characters.
No GM, please be semi literate
*a large crack, a bright light and a minute black line appeared in thin air, and instantaneously a girl, much older than she looked, landed gracefully, the line disappearing.
"Same old, same old," Sabrina replied, greeting Nikki as she wiped the counter. "What about you? Scoping out the variety are we?" she asked, winking.
Nikkii looked around the arcade and saw Sabrina was working.Nikkii came there all the time and would say 'hi' and hang out alittle. She walked to the counter and saw no one was there to order. So she leaned on it and smiled."Hey girl. How is your day going?"
Sabrina smiled before nodding and writing it down.
Saraphina looked up, only for her eyes to meet with the same sarcastic waitress as before. She didn't know whether to be rude to her or continue with her new plan of being polite. She decided to go with the latter of the two. "Oh, just a glass of water, please", she said in the softest, nicest tone she could bring herself to use.
Sabrina glanced up at the table that guy had been sitting at only to find him gone and a girl sitting there. Oh well, he wasnt that good looking anyway. She grabbed her pad before heading over.
After changing from Karnage to Saraphina, she opened the door to the stall a bit to see if there were any men around. The coast was clear, so she exited the stall and left the bathroom as discreetly as she could. She went back to the table she was previously sitting at when she was Karnage and began to think of a new way of meeting people. Before she, or he, was coming off as rude, so now she would try to be nice and polite.
Sabrina ran a cloth over the counter and breathed a sigh of relief. Thank the lords for the back room, and Dean who had let her leave a change of clothes here last time. She had since changed into a pair of hip hugger jeans and a button down black blouse.
Karnage scoffed. Evidently, people didn't like guys too much, or at least, she didn't. He drank his milkshake quickly and threw it in the trashcan. Maybe he would have better luck as a girl. People were always nice to girls, right? He shrugged and headed to the boy's bathroom, he entered a stall and proceeded to change into his girl form.
Sabrina smiled to herself as she walked back behind the counter and picked up the tip left. It wasnt often she got a chance to be sarcastic. Most people in this area were too..... polite for it.
Jun laughed, picking up his tray and sliding a five dollar tip across the counter. Sarcasm was something he enjoyed, and the boy from earlier seemed like he could use a healthy dose. A wise man once said 'Never screw with the people that handle your food.' Silently, he hoped the girl had spit into the milkshake. That thought brought a nice, big smile to his lips as he walked back towards his friend.
Sbarina managed to make the milkshakes and gave the five to the guy who had ordered them before heading over to deliver the other.
Karnage rolled his eyes. "Hmph", was the last thing he uttered before walking back to his table and sitting down, looking annoyed as well. "I thought they were supposed to have service with a smile...", he mumbled to himself. He shrugged it off and started to think his great plan wasn't so great after all. Nothing was going according to it.
"Dude, patience is a virtue. Learn it," Sabrina replied, an annoyed look on her face. "Alrighty. Thats five..... six milkshakes," she said to herself, turning to get the drinks. She could already feel the milk from her stack earlier becoming sticky and made a mental note to change later on.
Nikki groaned and stoof up.She was not going to wait for her friends anymore. She walked to the arcade and pushed the door open. She walked through the crowd to see if her favorite game was open. She had high points on it which she found cool and geeky at the same time.
Karnage heard the boy's loud orders and looked back at him. He suddenly remembered his milkshake, even though he asked for it only a few minutes ago. He was an impatient guy, so he got up from the table and walked up to the counter. "Where's my milkshake?", he asked the girl with a slight pout on his face.
It took Jun a few moments to realize that the girl was speaking to him. Jun was never praised for having an attention span that lasted long and it faired no better when surrounded by lights and sounds. Snapping back into reality, he beamed a grin at the girl before giving his order. "Four fountain drinks!" Jun shouted, not realizing that the cafe section was quieter than the arcade. "Actually, make that five." He amended, lowering his voice considerably. Though he was slightly embarrassed, he brushed it off. Shame got you killed when you hung out with the crowd that he did.
Sabrina walked behidn the counter, holding her shirt a litle away from her body as it tried sticking to her.
"Hmmm..", he mumbled while walking over to the table and looking around at the people nearby. The girl seemed nice enough. Good personality, good looks. Maybe he should try and see if it went deeper than that. He then noticed a boy at the counter. Also cute, but he wasn't about to choose his gender based on cuteness or good looks. He needed to find a connection with someone. Suddenly he felt as if he was on one of those dating shows on TV. He slapped his forehead softly at the thought.
Sabrina took the guys hand and pulled herself to her feet. She glanced around at his question before spotting an empty table towards the back.
