the year is 1989 in Soviet Russia. There has been rumors of an elite group of Soldiers called the Giftzahn by German soldiers who have witnessed their power. They are Vampires, lead by their fearless leader Ananae.

Pretty much anything goes except for cybering, Gming or Instant killing.
