Alliey looked at her house and smiled. she had missed this place sense the moment she left. three months is too long. she thought to herself as she opened the door to the cab. before she moved her her wholeself from the car she handed the cab driver the money for the drive and got out. she got her stuff from the back of the cab, including the gifts she had gotten everybody. she said thank you once more to the cab driver, and headed inside the house.
Ryu walked closer to the house, humming the song that was stuck in his head softly; why was there always a song that seemed to be stuck in his head? Ryu pushed the thought away, then stuck his hands down into his jean pockets as he got to the drive way of the house. Once he got to the door, he could hear a soft mummbling of voices from the inside. "She must have company.. " He thought, wondering if he should even knock on the door or not. Sighing, Ryu pulled his right hand out of his pockets and then knocked lightly on the door, then he took a step back from the door. He replaced his hand into his pocket, then waited for the door to be answered.
Name:Youko Kurama
Reina smiled a bit as Lexi opened up the door, half a plastered smile, half real. "Hey Lex." She greeted, then walked into the house when Lexi let her in. Reina glanced around the house a bit, trying to see if anything had changed since she had been kicked out for a few months now. "Everything looks pretty much the same. " She thought, then switched her vision back on to Lexi. "I've been okay." She said, then leaned back against one of the walls behind her, feeling rather drained due to the walking and the sharp pains that continued to rush to her ribs. "I'm in pain, but I'm okay." She said, giving Lexi a weak smile. "How have you been?"
Lexi got up as she heard the door knock. She opened it up and saw Reina. "Hey Rei, how;ve you been?" She asked softly, letting her in then shutting the door as lexi went back to the couch, waiting for Reina's reply.
Reina continued walking to the house, still trying to take steady breathes and not breathe too heavily so that the sharp pains would stop soon. "I need fucking pain killers. " She thought, the pills that her doctor had prescribed to her for her broken ribs then popping into her head as she walked. She then began to wonder if she remembered to get them from Red's house, so she searched her jean pockets as she walked. Then, she found the bottle in her right pocket, then smiled softly to herself. She slipped out three pills, only one more than she was suppose to take, then put the bottle back and swallowed the three pills. "Hurry up and kick in. " She thought, taking in one deep breathe.
Lexi nodded at Reina's reply. Alright, see you in a bit. Ashleigh's over here.. she offered to look after Calista. She replied, then pulled up her sleeves, looking at her old cuts and the bruises and scratches from Ryan the few days ago. Lexi sighed, closing her eyes sadly as she ran her fingers over them, then put her head in her hands for a moment.
Ryu continued to walk aimlessly, his eyes down on the sidewalk. From time to time, he would run into another person who was walking to opposite way than him on accident, they would gripe at him a bit, but he would mostly ignore them. Only a few times did he say something back, but it was under his breathe and he only continued walking on. "Where am I? " He thought, figuring that he had been walking for quite some time now. He then raised his dark eyes, peering into the daylight from under his hat brim. "Wonderful. " He though, sarcastically. He was rather close to Reina's house now, or rather, where she use to live. "I wonder why she got kicked out." He thought out loud, still walking on. Just then, a bus passed him by, but he didn't pay much attention to it. "I guess I'll go visit Lexi or something. " He thought, figuring that he had nothing better to do and he was near by anything. Figuring Lexi had Calista, he could probably help out with her as well.
Reina looked down at her phone as Lexi's reply message came in. Reina considered her offer for a moment, then raised her bright eyes to the window next to her to see how far away she was from the house. She wasn't too far, maybe a couple blocks away and closer to the house than she was to her apartment. She looked back at her phone, "Sure, I'll come over in a bit. " She sent the message, then slid her phone into her pocket and looked out the window once again.
"Well, if you insist. If you need anything, just call for me." Ashleigh said as she smiled and went to get Calista. She found Calista awake in her crib just as she started to cry. Ashleigh changed her dipper and picked her up in her arms afterwards and bounced her up and down gently.
She shook her head and smiled. "No, it's ok. Just come and ask me." Lexi insisted. She rubbed her wrists and sighed, but not sadly, but tiredly.
Ashleigh thought for a moment more. "I'll play with Calista and take care of her while you rest. If I need something I'll find someway to find it, I wouldn't want to bug you." she said waiting for a reasponse from Lexi.
"Um, if you'd like to, you can see Calista.. I kind of want to just lay down.." Lexi answered softly, rubbing her head as she walked toward the couch. "If you need anything, just ask." She added and smiled.
Ashleigh had to think for a moment or two before saying, "Well, let's start by doing what you want to do first. Or maybe you could get some rest. What ever you want."
Arc sat on her front proch with her head in her lap, she felt sick that morning. She refused to stay in the house tho, since it was to quiet. Sitting outside she wondered if anyone was around, or even if luther had come home yet since he ran off.
She nodded slowly, sort of believing what Ashleigh just said. "Y-Yeah.." Lexi said softly, feeling regret of cutting herself that once a few days ago. She shook her head. I am never going to see Ryan again... not after what he jsut did Lexi thought, then put a small smile on her face. "Uhm.. so what should we do?"
Ashleigh sighed. "You may have screwed up, but one day you'll look back and be proud of what you've done. Just stay strong and with me, your family, and friends, you'll pull through this I know it."
She smiled and hugged her back. "Thank you.. so much.." Lexi said softly and happily. "I'm just glad I have friends there for me.. I really.. screwed up..." She sighed.
Ashleigh smiled that Lexi agreed, she knew that she deserved a break for a while. "Anytime, I'm here for you. Remember that." she said as she hugged her.
Lexi sighed, seeing she couldn't refuse now. "I.. I guess." She hesitated then smiled a little. "Thanks Ash.. a lot." Lexi said softly, smiling a bit more now as she rubbed her forehead.
