Crowded elevator smell different to midget.

    What is it?

Elite Skills is a non-profit writers community where users can sign up free and improve their writing skills through feedback and reading the works of others. Any types of submissions are accepted but be aware that it's less likely someone will take the time to read a longer work. You can seek advice or just post rants, but generally the average submission is poetry.

    Why use it?

Our system is original. The system ensures people give comments and allows people of any skill and age to join together and exchange commentary. Much of the problem that lies in these types of community is greediness. People will a give a short thumbs up to post more works. At Elite Skills we require people to give a certain comment length that makes it difficult to reword the average superficial "good job" over and over leading to a personalization of commentary that helps develop an author's "voice" when in their own works.

    What's the catch?

I do not force you to contribute to the site. There is no trial period, banner ads, popups, or financial restrictions to it. Elite Skills' mission is to improve the depth of writers. Total profits are negative, and probably will stay negative for a long time.

    Donations

Please consider donating to show your support of what the site offers. The simple act of donating in itself inspires us to work harder even if it is only a dollar. Next time you want to buy a coke, a lottery ticket, or a barrel of expensive pop corn at the movies consider adding a donation instead. Help keep this site free. If you donate email me with your name and link and I'll add it below. I'm a college student who could use the money. Site hosting costs are $120 a month.
