Thank you for checking out my piece... "My Father Wasnt' There" and for sharing something that I would consider intimate, it must really be an agony to carry that inside of you for life, because it's really like a scar that's there with you, that no surgery can erase. I want to share something with you now too... the only reason I can't tolerate my father is because the early memory of him is him beating my Mother with a piece of fire wood... about as thick as an elephant's front leg and about as big, and behind all of that was my younger brother 3 1/2 at the time fighting back trying to defend my mother, and me in the background just scared and frozen... so you could imagine what I feel now, and how I shouldn't blame society for my wrongdoing it's still his mistake not mine. Thanks for the feedback, and be well.
