    Journal: Goodbye
    -------------------------------------------
    Mood: The Usual

After over a decade at this site under two different aliases, I am ready to leave. Almost all the wonderful poets I once knew have moved on, and no one comments anymore.

There will be no fanfare, no tearful waves goodbye, no turning around to glance back over a departing shoulder. There will only be the soft scuff of a door closing, and none will be the wiser.

BTW, the format is messed up. That may be why the flow was a bit impeded. Would you know how to minimize the text a bit? I know how to change the font but not the size.

    thanks

thank you SO much for your amaing comment! I really appreciate such a proper critque on my work. Its been so long since I had anything of the sort.

Per you advice, I really appreciate it and will go back and see what i can do. I actually plan on doing a slight edit later tonight.

Regarding "MorningStar", it originally didn't have that word, so I may go on and edit it out. Per "fatness", Kita is actually a super slim gal that wanted to gain a bit of weight. I used the word because while her body and slim, but shapely, as she also says, there is a real fatness and richness to her soul. She is a newly contracted model and I very proud of her, but her heart and soul is what I fell for, not primarily her looks.

I will definitely go back and see what I can do, as all of my write are no more than 2n for 3rd drafts. I must spent more than the avg 35 minutes to an hour per piece. It is a glaring weakness of my artistry and I must really dig in and make each piece better.

Thanks for the comment Erin. I appreciate all the time and thought you put into it. If i'm honest i'd say in parts in crudely captured on a post it in crayon what i was going for. i guess the joy and torment of poetry is that it is elusive. Good thing though - is i can remember what i was going for and perhaps get that. no rush! thank you again :)

    Hiya!

Thank you so much for commenting. The fact that you took the time to read and comment already means a lot to me! I'm very out of practice with writing to write well, and I'm in a phase of just writing to feel - as you put it, not ready to commit to precision yet, heh.

Who knows if I'll even ever get there again.

I've not actually listened to a lot of Observer Drift before! I guess I will have to begin now :) 2011 and 2012 were amazing years. I still have my iPod from when I was in high school during those 2 years, and it's always cute to put on some of those tunes to bring back the memories.

Thank you so much for your input, it's really encouraging for me to see how others read my work, and how to make it better. I really do appreciate it! Hope that all is well with you :)

    -Esha

(furthermore, I'll try to comment on some work tomorrow! I just have a very busy day planned ahead!!)

hi there, thanks for your words on mine.

ugh. always a strange thing when pen and paper are at odds. seems to be my lot of late.

the leaves...they really did seem like they found a bit of finch to hold on to.

thus a bit of inspiration for the weary.

    anyway, appreciate the stopping by.

    cheers!
