hey, thanks a lot for commenting and the argument (or just raising of a question [argument has a negative connotation, i guess]) - i appreciate it.
you said "But in my opinion and just for arguments sake, is the world of growth based on our crying out into the heavens and never being right or our never ending search to create heaven and not knowing where to start?"
which is a good question.
we've already created heaven - rather - everything already exists. good or bad connotation depends completely on experience and context - there is no good and evil without our perspective maintenances. so, everything, anything, and nothing *can* be heaven. so we have an infinite amount of things to believe/not believe/hate/love/blah.
i don't know if you've ever had a serious relationship with someone (well, you are a poet), but when someone gets what they want, they suddenly have no idea what they want and that is totally understandable because it happens to everybody.
when you find out what you are, what do you have left to be? where will you go?
people just need something to chase and somewhere to go, i guess. the meaning to life is finding meaning to life. unless you are one of those poor, poor people that settle with one thing (religion) and never experience another dimension of observation. then you are settled, and killing yourself would be just as effective (well, i think that a working mind is a working life) but anything is reason to live, if you're living. and secretly, i do envy those blissful ignorants with being able to be delusionally happy.
again, thanks. keep reading, and ill read yours. i need a friend on this thing.
hey, thanks for your comment on 'Love Bites'. i appreciate it.
i have a story called 'Alyona' if you want to read more about the character...she inspired the 'quickie'. 'Alyona' was my first attempt at story writing, i usually stick to poetry. anyway, thanx for commenting, i'll come by again soon and check your stuff out
