Journal: Forgotten Sin -------------------------------------------Mood: Thinking... Sometimes you just need to remember
That I'm trapped trying to re-forget
All the things that you did to dismember
my heart, ripped apart by your choice tourniquette.
What in hell did I do to deserve you?
Why was I the first one to presume
to assume that this love, when it came push to shove
should be buried back into your womb?
Not a tomb, such gracious ends flatter your form
Adorn you with medals; surviving the storm
Outside of the eye, within the tornado
Worms eat the seeds of the apple in shadow.
The paint is now peeling, revealing your face
You ruined your finish, refitting a space
for your soul and your mind, where I never will find
A hollow within Hell below.
Mom, work hard in your mind to remember
That day that you pushed me away
Forgiven and rotten, your sin IS forgotten
Along with your son; no delay.
