Just somethiong from my own experiences. I lay awake sometimes trying to convince myself that I'm over my ex. So, I sit and tell myself that he doesn't mean anything, but in the back of my mind, the truth is always there. I do love him, and I will for a long time.
i saw a psychiatrist. hoepfully getting medication or something. i have really bad stress/anxiety issues. i get agitated really easily. and i go through long periods of depression. i don't really know what's wrong with me exactly. but i know where to go to get help and i am. so no worries. thanks for the offer though.
