she is brilliant, isn't she? she has gotten a part in her school play and i really think drama (and writing drama) is her strong suit. she has become interested in taoism and meditation.

i'm sure gnu has called you, right? he's still up north living in between the woods and gainseville ( a car trip there requires vast amounts of energy drinks and mountain dews!) and contemplating a cross country trek to maine, or out west or wherever he'd like to go exploring (i know, i know, i hafta keep dying all these grey hairs the kid is giving me, just thinking about it!)
i forgot to pay the damned cell phone and so they turned it off again. think i'll get the words "Pay Your Phone Bill" tatooed on my hand this month so i won't keep forgetting! but i'm gonna call you about that situation involving the missing giftcards and such. i know...i had some issues i had to straighten out first, okay? took me all this month to deal with them.
