Noticed your remark somewhere about haiku. If you can dissect a haiku, I'm posting some soon - and some variations on the idea. I'll think of you as a challenge even if I don't hear from you!
Glad I'm awesome... Anyways, thank you for the very complimenting comment on "Seven Deadly Sins". I'll look at adding punctuation too. I dunno, I think your Haikus are more amazing, but that's just me. Happy New Year's to you as well. Each one is more exciting for me.
Yes, it's a great song, and album. Nice music taste you have. Anyways... I'm used to being a very busy person. Right now, I have a lot of time on my hands, so that's part of it. My venting has a habit of hitting this site, but overall, life is just dandy. I do appreciate the concern though. Hope the holidays are going well for you. Make a little birdhouse in your soul :P
Thanks for reading and replying to "Poet's Anthem". :)
Yeah, since I've written haikus, I've kind of scanned some of the newest, and they don't seem to follow the traditional ways. I think you can create meaning through a structured type of writing, like a haiku, sonnet, limerick, whatever it is that you're trying to inspire creativity, and through a little experience, it can be so simply done, and it can also take forever to find the right words. So I guess I can sympathize with the non-traditionists. :)
No problem, your six spontaneous comments made me feel like perusing especially closely. I'm young enough that time gives me quite a lot (probably too many) new opportunities. Experiences of rejection can be turned around with enough perseverance. Anyways, your poem did not actually make me depressed. I just felt the intensity which helped me to empathize with the character. But yes, twas fun to read
