Firstly, that piece was one of my most impulsive works, I hardly edited anything within it because I just couldn't bear to. It's labelled as Elemental Saga VI because it IS part of that epic. Well the title put you off, the prose did otherwise
There's no "the" meant before fiery phoenix, because there's already too many prepositions and conjuctions and currently I'm trying to cut down on them.
Metamorphosized sounded better than morphed. Haha.

Thanks for the comment... it kind of made me smile... the image you had. It's funny because, that was the general purpose of the poem, minus maybe the racial implications. I guess the only hint that may have given you that outcome was the quoted part, and believe me those words do come from a black man, but it was more of a quote to myself in this piece. When I write pieces I let sounds from inside my mind come out, and I chose words based on those sounds.. If I have a ate' sound... I might write dissipate, you get what I'm saying? And so, at the time, I kept thinking of his saying that once.
But yes.. overall, the image you got was basically what I was painting out, given that what the kids on stage are saying is somewhat being heard. Is it a crime to want to scream at a crowd of people?
