yeah... i agree with you... repentance is a heart thing. if you truely have met with god in repentance you will almost have no option but to change because you will want to please god...
some people think repentance is lip service... some people are wrong.

Thanks for the comment. My very first one :). I look forward to posting more on my page and hope you will visit from time to time.
I wrote that narrative last year. I'm 16 so it's not that far into hindsight yet but I have a feeling that it'll stick (especially because I wrote about it).

Thank you for reading my work and your warm comments, thank you also for appreciating the depth of emotion in my writing. Yes my grandma was a wonderful woman in my life, I tell her stories to my children and now to my own granddaughter.
The "he" in my poem refers to my father and for as long as my grandma was alive she protected me from him. Unfortunately once she passed away my father returned and he was with us for the next several years. I suppose you could say he was my boogey man.
I am looking forward to reading some of your work.
