I was enchanted by
the prisms I glimpsed
in the dewdrop resting upon
the deep pink petal of a rose
in my enchantment I imagined
a crystal world existed
inside the tiny dome
with swarovski castles
surrounded by rivers of indigo
green fields covered in carpets of violet
and tanagers of red flitting around happily
oceans of blue crashing onto yellow shores
orange is the chosen color of their towns
Its people go through their lives
doing what all people do
but as they go about these lives
they have this color-spectrum land
to live those lives in
savoring the prism landscape
looking out at their oceans and rivers
looking over their shores, towns, fields, birds
looking down at their carpets of violets
looking up at their sky that is
