|Journal: The Waves|
-------------------------------------------Mood: Fairly happy
Sometimes I find I don't know what to do. So I ask, what should I do? And I even try sometimes to do what I should. But othertimes I recognise not knowing what to do is my gift, and so instead of knowing what to do, I explore.
I find exploring rather than knowing to be relaxing, and revealing of the world around me. And as I explore I find pleasure and excitement, often rising to a peak, leaving me spent and relaxed.
Exploring is a state of being and so I can explore anything anywhere. It is as though things are dying to reveal themselves to me.
Today, Sunday, I explored the Farmers' and Craft Market. I was blown away by the beauty of craft on display, and became deeply excited by the almost infinite variety of beautiful craft objects.
Of course I have a high response to stimulae, usually held in check by knowing what to do. But when I let go knowing and explore I become highly stimulated. I find the stimulation deeply satisfying and after I find it natural to enter a period of relaxation and recovery.
And so I enter a wave motion, rising in excitement and pleasure, and then falling to relaxation and recovery. And this wave can be repeated like the waves on the ocean.
