you appeared in dinner time conversation tonight. i was busy telling my step father that the heart of god wasnt to see people saved and i was ranting away haha. it was a good convo though... me and my stepfather always give eachother plenty to think about. but yes. thank you for posting what you posted so i could rant with it hahaha

The intent of "The Knight" ,though touching on the form of a haiku, is to bring out the idea that everyone has a dream. But in pursuit of that dream darkness wants so much to make one leary in seeing the dream come to fruition. The title says each dream must be fought for. The dream must be brought out from the foreboding shadows by the knight that lives in each dreamer.it is only then can the dream be postured whether it is worthy of further pursuit.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to read my work. Yes I did get married, a little over a year ago and things are great. As for my friend and I, well she moved away recently and we have somehow become closer than we have ever been. I think it is because we long to be near each other so we talk all the time. But anyway I've read a lot of your pieces and I must say I am impressed! Some of them left me speechless and thoughtful. I especially liked "The heart of God", "Jesus is like mac and cheese", and "church history is like a compost pile" You are an amazing writer and I admire your heart for the lord. Your passion is something I wish I had. I will be looking out for more of your writes. --Oli
