Journal: -------------------------------------------Mood: The Usual Yes, my writing sucks so bad that I have two people that added my first post to their favorites and nobody can find a flaw in the pantoum I posted so they just bashed it or say how the repetition sucks. Well, repetition is part of that form of writing, so live with it. I am not so egotistical to think I have the nerve or the right to change the rules of writing pantoums.
So according to most of you, I really suck as a writer.
Boo hoo, I guess I could go cut myself or whine about it but that is not how I do things.
By the way, I am not Meow Myx so quit asking him/her/it that question.
As for that burning question "Who are you?" here is the answer.
I was sent here as a challenge from a fellow writer on a website called writerscafe. They said that commenting was slow on this website and that most people don't understand good writing but they love rants and vent type of writing because they are "trendy" that way here on eliteskills.
This writer challenged me to open an account here and see if I could get more than six comments on two posts within three days. I have to say that I exceeded that challenge. It is day three of my existence here and I have nineteen comments.
So with that in mind I will thank you all for making this little experiment a success. You should all be proud of yourselves and I suggest you all go down and buy yourselves a lollipop to celebrate.
And after my short stint here I have to say that not all your poems suck but 97% of them do. You people need to diversify your writing some more. Get off that one track mind style of writing about one or two topics and open yourselves up some more. I heard this place used to be pretty good once but has lost something. I think the thing it has lost is diverstity but I don't know, I wasn't here to see if it ever really did have diverse writers to begin with.
Good luck in all that you attempt to do. Don't just stay in school, LEARN in school. And please children, don't become a lazy pot smoking hippy either. Find a good role model.
Obey all traffic rules as well, but don't be afraid to push the speed limit as long as it is safe to do.
Goodbye.
